P an P is VETERAN-owned and was created as a result of the owner deriving pleasure from dressing her Veteran Affairs' approved emotional support animal (ESA) in the same colors that she wore daily. This provided immense pleasure and was also therapeutic in the process so the desire was born to allow others that same opportunity with their fur babies.
Our fur babies deserve to look fabulous and should be an extension of us when we are looking our best so they deserve the opportunity to do the same. The goal of P and P is to cause people to take a second look when they see your baby AND you in any establishment, even in the park. P and P searches far and wide for their designs so that people will "ooh" and "aah" over your special fur baby.
